Edwards used Young but Young wanted money. I don't support Edwards but think Young is equally wrong. Money would never ever get me to support defend or help with such a cover up. He once said Elizabeth was like a big sister, I don't know any brother that would stand behind a man cheating on his sister like Young did. I think they are all equally wrong and why on earth did Youngs wife let your husband help a man cheat on his wife. Money Money MONEY. They are all scum.

Hunter was a ho-bag if there ever was one, but no one held a gun to Edwards' head & told him he had to sleep with the skank. As far as I'm concerned, they deserve each other. Young held it together until he could no longer do so. Edwards used Young as badly as he used his wife for his own political gain. And BTW, no one leaves a sex tape lying around unless they want someone to see it.
I agree with everything you said. Edwards used Young and then tossed him aside so I'm glad that Young now has the opportunity to set the record straight and tell his side of the story. I believe there is only two people to blame in this situation and that is Hunter and Edwards. Their affair created this mess and they need to grow up and accept the consequences of their actions; they have nobody to blame but themselves.
Edwards' causes sort of got lost in the shuffle of him saying one thing & doing another. Sort of like his "two Americas' mantra that he preached about for so long. Edwards himself had 2 lives. One that he doled out to the public as this untarnished servant to the people and this seedy, dark side that few but close insiders knew about. I still have sympathies for Elizabeth but I will say that I think she was partly to blame for enabling the man to continue to lie. He has 0 credibility now.
