Very beautiful! I feel in love with Scotlands when I watched ''Braveheart'' - my favourite film now. Hope to get there soon and visit those beautiful landscapes. Greetings from Serbia
Well chosen soundtrack to compliment the fantastic pics of our wonderful Scottish mountains and lochs...Something a lot of us Scots take for granted!!!...Proud of my country!!!
What you want is something not taken off some cheesey film, portrayed by an American/Aussie actor, really doesnt look credible to a genuine scot.
What you want to do is get in some decent music like wolfstone (the older stuff), duncan chisholm, ivan drever etc, non of thise film oriented stuff because its just too easily obtainable, that for me is rubbish.
If you want to hear some real decent music, listen to the more celtic music not this rubbish.
Wow, amazing pics! Reminds me of my Scotland time! It was simply fantastic! But I see in your vid that there are many other amazing places I haven`t seen yet, have to go there again! Love esp ruins. Tipp: Newark Castle near St. Monance. An amazing little castle ruin excactly at the coast...
Every time I see pictures of Scotland, my soul yearns to be home. I have never been there but I feel a definate pull to walk the glens and feel the rain on my face in this magical land. Does anyone else feel this pull?
great video the two best views in the world are from stirling castle to the borestone one way and Stirling brig an the wallace monument to the other the worst one is the sign that says welcome to england but as an exile mebbe i am biased
Good choice but I would choose the view from the Dumyat where ye can see all Scotlands Jewels at you fingertips. to the East is the Wee Coonty and the Forth and Devon Valley as far as Edinburgh, south over Stirling where MacAppin, Wallace and Bruce fought in ages past, West to the Trossachs and Ben Lomand, North to the Highlands. Bonnie Scotland, we don't need to go anywhere else
Scotland is one of the most beautiful countries. I know your history. You must be proud on yourselves because you fought bravely for your country(watched "Braveheart"). I wish to visit Scotland one day. Long live Scotland!
While accept your compliment, Braveheart is hardly a suitable source to learn Scottish history. It was riddled with historical inaccuracy. But, what really galled me was that at the battle of stirling bridge, there was no bridge (in the movie). That was well...There are no words for that
I learned Scottish history from books. And I will learn more! "Braveheart" has a good message to all who fight for freedom: "Life without freedom, isn't life!" and "Fight for your freedom!" I must see Scotland with my own eyes! One day I will. You Scottish have a lot of reasons to be proud!
Ta for sharing:)I love Scotland with all my heart and soul watching this video and so many others my heart and soul shall forever belong to Scotland:)..There are not enough words to describe what i feel for Bonnie Scotland and *Soon*i shall be visiting the highlands and all of her beauty:).My boyfriend just moved here about a 1 year ago and he is from Port Glasgow and i tell him all the time i shall kidnap him and take him back to Scotland lol and we shall live in the Highlands:).xxx
astmjohn each country its beautiful for its own reaosns...we must not say that place is better from the other..if i do that i wont stop talking for my country GREECE
the name of the castle is Stirling castle and the other structure you see is the wallace monument as in william wallace and stirling castle is where they filmed most of braveheart and surrounding areas
