what can we do to let people know about dogs in stores like PJ's here in Canada?

i am in the process of adopting a rescue yorkie from an Amish puppy mill in ohio. she has skin issues from lying in her own urine and feces for 4 years and some teeth were pulled. I just get so angry when i see this, how can people treat anything like this? don't they see the pain these dogs are in? if they have family pets , are they removed from the home also?

what is a puppy mill? im a volunteer at hawaii dog foundation and im only 14 i know young but i wanna help this little 4leg animals i would love to adopt or foster all but i cant ;'( so i cant wait to move house so i can rescue dogs ;)

Shoot the ba---ds that did this to these dogs! This is unacceptable. How horrific for these poor little dogs. How inhumane! Maybe someone ought to take these people and put them in a cage and leave them there for a few years, no bathing, no haircuts. This is just horrific.

And yet if this poor Yorkie was returned to it's former tormentor, (I mean,) owner, I really believe that it would still be willing to be devoted to him/her. Such is the guileless, unmalicious, forgiving and unconditional love of a common dog, especially a Yorkie. I would almost be tempted to hang the perpetrator here, and thus I am inferior to an apparently more noble creature than myself: A forgiving and loving Dog.

this is sickening! I have 2 yorkies and can't imagine NOT taking care of them. Watching this made my almost physically sick. But more people need to see this kind of footage before laws are going to be changed. THE LAW IS PROTECTING THE PEOPLE OPERATING PUPPY MILLS IS THIS COUNTRY! We all have the power to change this, if we are willing to fight for it. Don't just look the other way! I've been trying to help shut down a local puppy mill in my neck of the woods. The Yorkies have all found new homes. We lost a few of them because of the severity of their medical conditions but happy endings for the remaining.

I have never seen nails that long on a dog before. Poor baby! It was like something out of a horror movie. I hope the little one in the video ends up being ok.
