Hey the reason she has oily skin and its flaky dry is because her skin is very very dehydrated.. she needs to drink a lot of water! and perhaps use hydrations cream. i use the estee lauder hydra complete which helps me during winter.. but best is exfoliate (altho don't over do it as it will damage ur skin) and drink water!!!

She drinks tons of water already.. I live with her so I know how much she drinks water in a day :) Anyway, thank you for your suggestion, I'll let her know :D
