Dell sucks on customer service, products, and repair. I have been fighting over 2 years with them, on 4 computers. They do NOT back their products. They will screw up your warranty replacements until the warranty is over and then tell you to pay. Guarantee you that their products will fail within 2 years of purchase. Xmas ruined thanks to Dell.
