Dusty thinks we should look to Richard Dawkins when attempting to understand faith; almost laughable. Richard Dawkins and the rest of the gnu-atheism is a shrill, hapless shell of its former glory ( Russell). His deviations from actual science have been so bad lately you have to wonder if he's going mad. Then you have Dusty pretending he was a faithful Christian and also 10 years into the porn industry. But hey, keep spinning your wheels...they're bound to catch on something (the gullible).

@calends to reply to my last comment. you are making very baseless claims. IQ was not made for "seperation" its based on your logical, creative, perceptive, cognitive, mathematic ect... skills. for instance you can have a low IQ, yet be a master mathematician. you just suck at creativity and perception but are A+ on logic and mathematics. I do agree though that it needs some work though. IQ tests vary and are not standardised.

@Heliosvector That's not what I was saying. When I said "IQ tests are for tools that want to separate themselves from the rest of humanity" I meant that people that want to look down on others use IQ tests to do just that. It's "for" them in that way. IQ tests are like any other test to measure aptitude. It's when people like Dusty use them as some sort of intellectual "dick measuring" that I have a problem.

@calends ok on the richard dawkins quote you used. that was COMPLETELY out of context. at the time he was writing a childrens book where he wanted to look at the effects of "bringing children up to believe in spells and wizards" and to see if religious indoctrination helps make fantasy books more appealing to children. "IQ tests are for...." this is pretty baseless. sure an IQ can give you bragging rights making a dick a bigger dick, but last i saw, high IQ individuals dont try and look down....

@calends on me or any of my peers. its not just scientists who have high IQ's (i know u didnt say that) many actors... off the tp of my head jenifer aniston has 130. you can also give an IQ test to a child. children dont have an agenda..

My information is from Telegraph and Chan. 4 News-the only sources.Dawkins says he wants to explore the possibility of the stories having a "pernicious effect" on children. He says the books are "anti-scientific." Anyone that reduces a children's story down to scientific/unscientific is a nutcase. He wasn't writing a children's book at the time. He didn't say he was seeing if indoctrination "helps" make the books appealing.

Dusty is not a bachelors degree holder, nor are you (im assuming. if im wrong im very sorry) dawkins is a bachelors holder of zoology plus a PHD. you dont go through 8 years of university at one of the most renouned institutes by going mad. also i wouldt say dusty is in porn industry. he simply has sites that host pics with links that send clockers to porn sites. its only porn because its popular.

@Heliosvector I never said Dawkins wasn't a good Zoologist. I do think his scientific "cred" is debatable considering most of his scientific work is not peer reviewed but is rather more pop-science. Some scientists have accused him of "vulgarizing" Darwinism. Dawkins stated that it's dangerous for children to read Harry Potter because of the effects of "bringing children up to believe in spells and wizards" - if that isn't mad I don't know what is.
