This is one of the most confused F.A.Q in this board game. I thought I would share this information:
Q.: "If a unit is crossing water with Navigation, but cannot end in water, and an opponent stops that unit's movement (e.g., Communism), what happens?"
A. "The unit stops in the water. Although a player may not be able to voluntarily stop in water, he can do so if forced to."
Thanks for your reply, another question. Can you potentially always keep choosing to fight on another front? For some reason I keep thinking you can only have 2 different battles happening at one time. If one of their units has 4 and is archery, and all I have is the melee type units. I can choose not to fight the archery and keep continuing on new fronts. They will be unable to move their existing archery unit to a new front correct?
@blakebjb Absolutely correct. There is nothing stopping you from continually starting new fronts. If your opponent has run out of cards and you still have some remaining, then you can ensure those remaining units' survival by playing them as new fronts.
@blakebjb You continue combat until BOTH players run out of unit cards. So you alternate until it is no longer possible, so if one player runs out then the other player just plays unit cards continually until he also runs out.

Do you keep entering combat until one person runs out of cards?
