RESIGN!....you are a disgrace and a pervert! You should not be allowed around children or other decent human beings. You are not someone I want representing me. You have no impulse control, no morals, and no conscience. You make our country look like a joke. The more I look at you, the more I think you look like Dobbie from Harry Potter. NOBODY wants to see your genitalia or naked body!
I can't believe that she'd point out that the people getting social security and medicare benefits are the people who are against government health care. Does she not see how blatantly hypocritical it is of them?
Where can I see a full in depth debate with two individuals providing evidence to support their case on this issue? I'm tired of seeing these 20 second debates that does not allow the individuals in the debate to fully state their case.
Can someone clarify where Rogers is getting his numbers? And why he says Blue Cross is cheaper for the same coverage (does he mean: the same coverage for a Medicare recipient? Or the same coverage from someone in a completely different age bracket? Or coverage that they won't have to pay because Medicare will cover it? That particular little nugget has completely confused me)
No one cares about what insurance they have. The only question that matters is whether you can choose your own doctor. Private insurers lock some doctors out of their network. A Medicare for all plan would allow you to choose the doctor you want.
Medicare has 3% overhead. Private insurers have 15% to 31%.
64% of Americans support a Medicare-for-all plan. 60% of Americans support a Medicare-for-all plan if it's paid for by increased payroll deductions.
The idea that Medicare is less efficient than private insurance is a total lie. Private insurers spend billions every year on useless bureaucracy so they can deny more claims and avoid paying our hospital bills.
VOTERS TRUST REPUBLICANS MORE THAN DEMOCRATS on all 10 key electoral issues STILL! 46% to 40% on HEALTH CARE!!!! 50% to 35% on TAXES!!!! 49% to 35% on the Economy 54% to 35% on National Security 50% to 31% on Iraq 45% to 37% on Social Security 43% to 38% on Education 47% to 35% on Abortion 42% would vote for Republican congressional candidate while 37% would for his or her Democratic opponent!
During the ELECTIONS.. TOP ISSUES WERE 44% said the ECONOMY 14% said the National Defense & Foreign Policies ONLY 5% said HEALTH CARE????? PEOPLE SAY ***TODAY****.. TOP priority? CBS 45% Economy 20% Health Care CNN 41% Economy 20% Health Care NBC 30% Economy 21% Health care obamer IT'S THE ECONOMY STUPID!!!
For all the lies told by people like Charles "Death Panels" Grassley, the public option continues to be supported by 49% to 60% of Americans, depending on the state.
Some of these teabaggers are surprised to learn that Medicare is a government program.
I'll tell you what: right-wingers can opt out of the Medicare program if they so choose. Then us lefties will throw you a nickel when you see your broke ass on the street because you got sick and Aetna wouldn't pay your bills.
Rep. Rogers is outright wrong about the admin costs of Medicare vs. private insurance. Me thinks, he knows he is misinforming the average nimwit who watches Fox and Friends.
@gqsmoothie the republicans are owned by the insurance industry so of course they'd want private insurance to succeed over HCR. Republicans also just want to see Obama and his Congress to fail at any cost. what cost? our cost! fuck those bought off Congressmen, republicans or democrat
It's pretty much a done deal now as Harry Reid has announced it will be in the final bill. :) States will have the opt out option which is fine.. as it will just be a matter of time before the politicians who refuse to serve the will of the people are booted out of office and those states are begging to be let in.
No business can survive at ten percent fraud. The medical insurance industry has defrauded its customers a million times over. Elite FOX Propaganda Station is no place to get information of any kind unless you are watching to see what the Elite are doing to exploit people on any given day.
