Free fall speed is actually gravitational acceleration. On page 48 of the final NIST report on the collapse of 7WTC (it was a 47 story steel frame building that wasn't hit by a plane, and came down at 5:20 p.m. on 9/11, the 9/11 Commission report didn'tmention it fell on 9/11, as though that fact wasn't worth mentioning) it states that eight stories fell for 2.25 seconds at the rate of gravitational acceleration, but doesn't explain how, since only controlled demolition can do that.

Why does he say free-fall speed, when it was nearly free-fall speed? In any case it is still ridiculous to think that this was a pancake collapse as NIST argued in their first report. For me all of the NIST scientists and engineers lost credibility for even submitting such a bogus report. Now, we are to believe their newer reports, riiight.
