I like them yellowish in color. I don't like the way the color of these kutsinta turned out. How do you make them yellowish? Your comment is greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for posting this! My mother always used to make this and puto when I was a kid but she never taught us how. After many failed attempts I learned a lot from what I did wrong and I plan to make a video on this too!
my dad love eating kutsinta..! which is di alam ng mom ko kung how to do it.! hehe.' what to make some for him.. thnx for uploading.! hope u can make more kakanin. hehe
1. Never wash sneaker shoes, clothes in the sink. Clean it before getting cooking water or drink water. You dont get sick with clean drinking water. 2. More taste comes out from filtered water pitchers and bottled water. Chemical Clorine free, and less 'critters'. 3. Wash your hands first. 4. Did you know, about food storage? Bugs so small you thought it was a dot on the counter, or rice husk. - Sonic Pest Repellants, no RAID or JnJ.
i was glad na i watched this video kc i learned from it and napatawa ako dun sa coconut grater cozs i been using it when i was a little pah so nakakamiss... goodluck sa susunod png recipes! thanks!!
thank you po sa pag upload niyo ng masarap na snack kutsinta is one of my fav snack,i just wanna ask yun ginamit mo bang cup sa water is same as rice cup, hay sana marami ka pang ma uploana video. thank you again
Wow, sarap naman niyan. You even use Walmart cornstarch. And hey, I got one of those coconut graters. Just haven't tried it yet. I might try to make Kutsinta too. You can also just buy the ready made mix from the asian store.
ok ang kutsinta mo pero i'm sure mas masarap ang akin.i don't use annato powder instead, i use evap milk, egg, lye water, sugar, flour and cassava starch which makes my kutsinta sticky and soft.regarding sa kudkuran guys pag uwi nyo sa atin magdala kau ng ung bakal lng din improvise nyo pagdating sa ibang bansa, meaning lagyan nyo ng upuan or ung tinatawag na kabayo nya..thanks and no offense meant.God Bless himasf
i enjoyed your video. it was very organized yet really fun! I was having a blast! do you know how to make suman sa lihiya, including wrapping it up with banana leaves?
ah cuz I saw that great value brand which can be exclusively bought sa WAL-MART...and the sugar....which is almost all of your ingredients are basically sold here in the United States....but anyways you did a great job!!
Magawa nga yan, okay lang po ba ang lasa kahit na walang kinayod na niyog?, kasi walang kud-kuran na mabili dito sa Germany eh! Maraming salamat po sa Kutsinta video ninyo!
Ahaha, if I were you I'd stay away from the coconut grater! Kutsinta is kinda like rubber but softer. It has a mild sweet taste that is complemented well by fresh coconut. I've never had Korean rice cake so I wouldn't know. Know any recipes?
It's a snack. I love my tomato timer too! The grater is not easy to find, even in Filipino stores. Thanks for commenting. I'm glad to have introduced you to some new stuff.
Annatto comes from the seed covering of the achiote fruit. I used the powdered form here but in the Philippines we buy the seeds and soak them in water to get annatto water. It's merely for coloring as it adds no flavor.
so nice vid

Hey Jame so what does it taste like? Looks sorta like rubbery flan hehe. Never heard of it before.
Oh and I would never use that cocount grater cause i manage to hurt myself with anything sharp. =/
The other night i was eating steamed shrimp and poke my finger with the tail and my finger bled for awhile. lol
