My parts normally match the tool surface. Are you using sub 400 cps epoxy? Degassing and heating your resin prior to infusing might help also. Worst case you can double bag your parts. That will help compress any trapped gas.
SK: How much vacuum does your pump pull? Low pressure is a common cause for pin holes. Also have to keep in mind that epoxy does not do well when curing under a vacuum. It causes air/gas to expand. This also causes pin holes. Some people, myself included, turn the vauum pump off after the part has fully infused. An always a perfectly sealed bag is a must, not an option. Hope this helps!
@WereAllThatBored sorry but i try every thing but nothing! the pinholes are always present! i have perfect results whit polyester resin..... it's possible that the epoxy have less viscosity thant the polyester resin and so it inglobulate most of airbubbles (also invisible to human's eyes)... but when you infused the resin.. have you pinholes at the end of your product or have a perfect surface?

hi, i need a help!
i made some composite structure by resin infusion and it work well but after i have a problem ,,
when i spray 1-2 hands of clearcoat but i have the famous problem of pin hole in the surface!!
i try to degass the resin before to infuse.
