Bottom line there is no magic answer. But one thing must always be remembered: each kid will require a different form of discipline to align with their personality traits...ie EQ, and IQ. Wathching all the vlogs, I think all the kids are above average IQ (based on their genes and environment), but you'll want to evaluate their EQ (i.e introvert vs extrovert) to determine proper discipline.

I remember me and my brother and sister were running riot about the house, and my parents came up with what, in hindsight, is a genious idea. They have a friend who is a policeman, and this one day when we were going crazy they rung him up and asked him to come round, in his police uniform. Obviously as kids we were horrified, thinking we were going to jail. He came round the house and we all hid under the table untill he had gone.
