This guy is Mike Santos. He is an accomplished Piper and been doing this in downtown San Antonio for over 12 years. I can say I've known him at least that long.
Great guy to know. It's sad when thugs came up and robbed him 4 months ago while he was playing, they took all his donations. If you are ever in downtown San Antonio at the Riverwalk, look him up and help him out.. Enjoyed the Video.
