The Only thing that helped me here out of all of the Video that I didn't see out of the Rest of the Videos on How to SHH your iPhone was that I needed to Plug in my iPhone with the USB to the PC that was never explained from the other videos I found.. which would make since why it Would never connect.

I was Connecting throw my WiFi at home and thought it could NOT connect throw the WiFi and didn't need a DIRECT CONNECTION throw USB but i guess I was Wrong and it needs to be Throw USB ONLY!

first of all, try to learn a difference between secure copy scp and secure shell ssh then upload video with proper title cause you have shown us that you don't have any knowledge about networking... lame!
