  • I wanted to do a gymnastics montage to this song right after the 1996 Olympics. It would have been cool to have the magnificent seven in there.

  • you should have put shannon miller somewhere arounf 1993 bt great video anyways

  • @Katelinanator there wasn't an Olympics in 1993 so it would have been difficult for her to have won it

  • Great video!

  • I'm writing an official petition that will REALLY help Raducan get her gold medal back, please send me cash for petition fee if you really care (being sarcastic)

  • @Planetimage2 wtf???

  • when one watches shushunova's and silivas's performance in 1988, you just feel silivas deserved it more.... i don't know just my opinion..

  • Sweet montage :) It's interesting to see not only the different champions through out the years but how gymnastics as a sport has evolved from mostly grace to now where it is a lot of power and strength involved. Great Job!

  • Wow.. that olga had a very big beehive.. im surprised she was able to do those jumps and what not..

I bet aqua net got their idea by her.. hahah

  • if the soviets had gone to the 1984 games, mary's aa gold would be bye bye.

  • @europegymfan123 absolutely; she wouldn't have stand a chance!

  • @europegymfan123 Yeah it would be. Don't get me wrong, I'm American and I'm very proud of our gymnasts, but if the Soviet's had been at those games MLR would be no where near the podium!!

  • NO OLGA KORBUT END VERY HURT........... HAVENT TO WIN THAT WAS WRONG

  • it frustrates me that people say that Raducan won the gold "fair and square." while i truly empathize with her situation, if this was the case she'd still be considered the Olympic champion. aside from testing positive for a banned substance (whether intentional or unintentional), she definitely had the best score but nonetheless, she broke a rule. so she's disqualified from winning...as is China for that matter. Yes, she was better than Amanar that day but not within the rules unfortunately.

  • @krell88 actually Amanar took the same banned substance but because she has a bigger body she didnt test positive as Raducan , and Raducan took the pills that was recommended by the team doctor

  • @Hathor9901 Did you know hear that personally from her, what's her phone number?

  • ¿ como se llama la canción de fondo?

  • I know the first perfect 10 was not scored until 1976, but how did Vera not get a 10 in her vault at :07

  • actually you're wrong. the first perfect ten at an olympic was scored in 1976, but it had already been awarded (to nadia comaneci, of course!) in 1975 at worlds.

  • @greysrocks25 actually vera scored the first perfect ten at the 1967 worlds why does everyone forget about her :(

  • @bbhouk1 you are absolutely right! i guess the fact that she never scored a 10 at an olympics, and that she was never really involved in the gmnastics world after she retired contributed (regrettably!) to us somewhat forgetting her. good thing you didn't! :)

  • in an interview with amanar, she said that she did not want the gold medal, that it was not her's, she wanted the silver, not the gold. she said that she wanted the FIG to give Raducan the gold back and for her to get the silver

  • look at 0:56 - 0:58 it looks like she spazzed out and me and my friend cracked up the their waz another girl and she had her but out and we started to immattate her

  • 2000 AA is raducan's

  • RADUCAN IS MY 2000 OLYMPIC CHAMP.

  • AMEN!!!

  • gr8 video bt im sry raducan is the real winner of the 2000 olympics

  • hey its Andrea Raducan who won the AA Gold medal

    its not Amanar

  • im not sure if ur petintioning like these ppl r. but she did and didnt win. she won, but got her medal taken away becuz her dumb-ass docter gave her a cold tablet the was banned from competition. its stupid really. the docter new it was banned, andrea did not, and now the stupid medicine is not even banned! and the FIG still wouldnt give her her medal back after she petitioned it.

  • the champion of 2000 for me is raducan

  • yeah, me too. she was the most complete of all the gymnasts in that quadremiun

  • shawn johnson shoulda gotten the 08 all around, and nastia shoulda gotten the beam

  • you did forget Olga Korbut. I bet half of the gymnast dont even knw who she is.when i use to go to gymnastics no 1 in my gym new who Olga Korbut was

  • Evidently you don't know who she is either then because she was never an olympic all around champion. She got in the 7s on bars in the all around in the 1972 olympics. She was and never will be the all around champion of an olympics

  • Korbut won floor and beam NOT THE ALL AROUND. Tourischeva won the all around

  • I love the montage for sure, but I really do think you should have given Raducan her praises, that drug test problem was a total joke. The substance isn't even banned anymore.

Not saying that Simona Amanar is a bad gymnast though. Total respect for her.

  • yea it piss me off

Raducan is the all around champion

  • My top 3 :

    1)Lilia Podkopayeva

    2)Nastia Liukin

    3)Tatiana Gutsu

  • Identical to my top 3

  • you also should have put Olga Korbut in here

  • She wasn't eligible

  • @R34lH0pe She wasn't an olympic all around winner, unfortunately =(

  • @R34lH0pe Why would Olga Korbut be included?? This is an Olympic All Around champion montage

  • @R34lH0pe Why would she put Olga Korbut in this montage? This is a montage about Olympic ALL-AROUND champions.

  • I loved 2:04 - 2:24

  • Me too she's my favorite gymnast.

  • how old is this?

  • You always make cool montages. Nice!

  • Thanks :)

  • @MunchTheSilivasFan y did they do dances and stuff before there cartweels and stuff?

  • Simona Amanar, as much as I love and respect her, is not the 2000 champion (she said so herself). That honour goes to Andreea Raducan - they might have taken away her medal but we all know she won it fair and squire, so she's the true Olympic All-Around Champion 2000. That's a fact. Nice video though - pity about the Simona part.

  • In my mind, the 2000 Olympic title belongs to no one. The competition might as well not have ever taken place.

  • IDK should have been restarted completely 4 me.

  • i totally agree. once the vault fiasco had been identified, the gymnasts should have been given another competition

  • @redsoxgirl0280 all the gymnasts who vaulted on the mismeasured vault did get another chance.

  • @whitevinegar Yeah, that was the worst Olympics I've ever seen. Aside from a few stars the quality was absolutely horrible with the worst pool of "talent" I've ever seen.

  • for the 1992 spot i would of perfered shannon miller but over all great montage very nice

  • No offence or anything, but I would have put Raducan in the 2000 spot. Great, though! I LOVE IT!

  • Agree.

  • Nice!

  • This is such a cool montage. Just shows you how much difficulty has been added to routines over the years. Nice one!

  • awesome!

now you should make one including those that SHOULD have gotten it (silivas 88, miller 92, khorkina 00) lol :P

  • kinda funny how the three gymnasts you mention that "should've gottan the title" all were decided by vaults. silivas was underscored on her vault, shannon should have gottan a 10 on her vault, n 2000 vault fiasco led khorkina discourage and believing she had no change to win because of her mistake on that event.
