Who gives A shit !! scalextric digitail can run on anolog & digitial track with out taking the car apart,Those stupid digital guide blades break all the time as scalextric uses optical emitters. Nothing like A ninco anolog track at 10x10 don't get me wrong both are good sets.I own one of each .I have the F-1 scalextric ,SCX F-1 & A ninco anolog track .Scalextric is the best way to go for both sets as scx has it's own thing going with the digital stuff.

Scalextric307 is upset with me for some reason.

Scalextric makes a lot of nice products. I just believe that SXC Digital is the best on the market.This is based on comments from over 1000 consumers.

Hey scalextric307, what's to prove. You simply pull out the analogue components ("chip" and guide) and put in the DIgital ones.

To go back, you simply pull out the Digital Chip and Digital Guide, and put back in the Analogue ones

Simple to go back and forth within a few moments.

Takes longer to take off the body than to swap the components over !
