In the time of Mohamad the education was at even lower level than those people are today, so in that time having relation like that was totally excusable was an usual thing actually, proven by history even before that time and check the Bible: Marry gave birth to Jesus wen she was 12 years old! What it is indeed wrong is people apliying today the rules of the unneducated people that leaved over 1000 years ago, be they muslim or not they are of 2 kinds: uneducated or sick. Check the youngest grandmother in the world. She is 23. She gave birth to a girl wen she was 12 and her girl gave birth to a child wen she was 11. They are Romanian gipsy and Christian in a christian country. Some gipsy people still marry their children even from 5 years only and yes, they do practice marriage between relatives and "selling" their children, sometimes killing to save "family pride". They're not educated and they didnt take this example from Mohammad, but from their elders.
