@Typhoon792 - the reason is that the hair is a bit off. you can tell it's vegeta and it is a really great drawing, but there are some differences from the real thing. this video is still pretty good and the drawing is drawn rather well.

actually nobody can really teach you how to draw, it's something that you get from practice. It is true that some people are gifted drawers, but practice makes perfect:D On the other hand, You can read into books such as "how to draw anime" they can give lot's of tips!
