@louisvercetti 5 star level will call the FBI truck to you , but you have to survive to steal it. once it shows up , use the never wanted cheat , the FBI guys will walk away from it and it's yours. wear lots of armor and be in good health. : )

Get S.W.A.T. tank at end of the line mission, when you have to get in on the mission just take it to a safehouse and fail the mission go back to the safe house and it will be in the garage

Then save your game.

@sebasatomico13 The FBI truck can only be spawned with mods. :( But the SWAT is available in the last mission. When you have to steal it, take it to a garage and kill yourself.

You get the swat tank, in the last mission of the game "End of the Line". You have to steal it from a couple of SWAT officers to break down a barracade in the mission, I just stole it from them and put it in the garage of one of my safe houses
