It is being played backwards. The motion of the ball at 0:16 and during that entire sequence makes no sense. the motion from the first to the 2nd ramp is somewhat believable, but because the weight of the ball made the 2nd ramp dip when it gets dropped from the first ramp, there is a weird unexplainable motion that happens there when it is played in reverse.
