I used to think this prank was funny until it happened at my primary school. I'd forgotten my PE kit, so i had to do gymnastics in my underpants and barefeet. Then some dickless twat set off the fire alarm and i had to walk out onto the playground in just my pants in the middle of september. All the girls in the year above had a great time laughing at me, standing there almost naked and shivering like a loser. I never lived that down

Pulling the fire alarm in a school when there's no emergency is called false reporting and disruption. You could go to the juvie for 3 months or a year in prison if you're an adult.

Besides, the FD gets called when you pull it. They rush to the school expecting a fire. They're wasting time when someone else's home or building could be on fire.

Right on. If you're allowed to pull it for a drill, then that's cool. However, I can't say the same for pulling a false alarm. Not only is it disruptive and it dials 911, but if a firefighter fell off an engine on the way and died, your false alarm charge would turn into a MURDER charge. To say the least, that's a tad bit more serious than pulling a false alarm
