"War, war never changes". Every single one of them has people saying: "teh grafiks in tis game are shit so its shit as well" and people defending the honor of Fallout 1 & 2.

When you free bess and the other cows in modoc, you can find the encounter. it has dead cows and says "so much for survival". guess the game thought tht cows dont appear unless u free bess, and in recoring mode u obviously didnt....

@fpspwn129 Fallout 1 and 2 are incredible games even today. they are both fun and I think alot better games than Fallout 3. the story is better, dialogue is better, combat is better, quests are better, endings are better..basically everything is better apart from graphics. despite the graphics the games are very immersive, and they are more darker than Fallout 3 and the choices you make matter throughout the game. you will love em.
The only game that comes close to having as much atmosphere is Metro : 2033.
All other games go for this "epic" orchestral shit and having characters die that you're supposed to care about even though they're all american football team whooping dickheads.
In Fallout 1, it's "the water purifier's broken. YOU. outside. now. Fix it."
I was sure every RPG has that theme in 'em: do that there, bring something there..

Fallout 1 and 2 are like Diablo 2 for me...old...but fuckin kick ass! If I have a lame ass day I can play any of the three and things become infinitely better...something about killing red goblin like creatures in Diablo 2 just feels so wonderful.
i love the old fallouts.... there was this sense of achievement in everything you did in those games.... the newer ones though masterpieces were like normal action fps games...
Fallout new vegas is awesome though too short S: i played it on 3-5 days. And i dont undestand why at one place (it does have door impossible to unlock without code.....) does have Enclaves at pods (hmm 6 if i remember right.....) and vertibird chopper and u cant wake them...
that actually has to do with a quest that you can activate with your companion arcade gannon by visiting a few certain places. I don't want to say anymore due to spoilers but it will help in the end and is a very interesting quest.

For the love of god fallout 1 an 2 are not in third person view they are in birds eye view. Third person view is the secondary view you can use in fallout 3 and Vegas

Fallout 1 and 2 are like Diablo 2 for me...old...but fuckin kick ass! If I have a lame ass day I can play any of the three and things become infinitely better...something about killing red goblin like creatures in Diablo 2 just feels so wonderful.

Fallout new vegas is awesome though too short S: i played it on 3-5 days. And i dont undestand why at one place (it does have door impossible to unlock without code.....) does have Enclaves at pods (hmm 6 if i remember right.....) and vertibird chopper and u cant wake them...

@starwarsfan117 i dnt know hove to get the car, probably never needed to use it anyways. you can buy it in san fransisco or find it on some dead enclave memebers. but the ones in the oil rig not the random encounters around navarro. and u need microfusion cells to refuel the car
