Yes, its automatic though...you can easily get a 5-speed swap if you want to. Theres no rust or anything, had it reinforced with all new metal so no rust. I live in Chicago. let me know what you want to do

pretty decent car you should get a better wheel setup. the ones you have now arent near as wide as they can be.
