Jessie when you do more exercise you can tend to gain water weight ...and it could be in starvation mode ...But yes run with the weight gone girl...no matter what and congrats !!! 40 lbs. 4 10lbs. of potatoes....love ya...love rosemary
@TheLapbandqueen Those are the weeks that frusrate me lol Its like I am doing more, eating less and yet my results are minimal... But, this train is moving forward regardless! The weight is bound to come off and I am in this for the long haul!
Congrats on the 40 lbs...I have not had any issues either...look forward to the new do; cause the 10 lb mark will be reached before you know it...as 4 me, the 50 lb reward will be the MAC makeup counter.

The scale is moving in the opposite direction, that's a good thing:-)There's alot of truth to the fact that if you're not consuming enough calories, you won't lose weight. Chk in w/ your dietician @ your surgeon's office. Love that you haven't had any issues w/ eating. pb'ing etc.. I'm not a fan of that..Who is, right?? @BandedQT I am glad to hear that you have heard about what I am feeling... but now the troubling part is I don't eat bread or rice, I pretty much stick to meat, veggies and fruit :( I will pay attention to what I eat and see if I can figure out what it is. Thanks so much fo your support! :)

@moviestartaal Honestly I still don't think I feel restriction at my 6.4 cc's... I know I eat obvouisly way less than before I am not sure if that is restriction lol... Some days I still feel like a newbie at this... I guess there are things I would have hoped I had figured out by now lol
You're doing fantastic and you look radiant, my sister also said running outside very much different to treadmill, don't think it's anything to worry about. I'm still getting up to 30 mins fast walk and maybe after another 10lbs or so I'll try a run! What does your surgeon say about hair loss? best wishes, Sam x
@MsSamlap Thanks sweetie! :) I am going to keep at the running as my 5k is getting sooo close. As far as the hair loss, they recommend taking the biotin and obviously ensuring that your protein intake is at the required amount.
1.6 is great girl, glad u r taking it and running (literally) =) try taping your shins before u go run, kind of tight but dont cut off the circulation. I had to tape mine when i ran cross country in high school. hope that helps! much love n hugz!

My husband is dusting off the treadmill and bringing it in from the garage so I can start my C25K as well. Pray for all of my family as I may not be the nicest person to be around... I hate to run...but hope that I find something that I've missed before. It was great to see ya again... I feel like a week is such a long time to catch up!

morning food revs up your metabolism. gotta get the day started with something. 1.6 lbs is good! the average loss per week with the lap band is 1-3 lbs. you are doing just fine. each week is different and you made it past 40 lbs so that is worth celebrating! whoooo, SPA DAY! love it! enjoy the time with your son. sounds like a fun week. just read an article today that when you train on the tmill you actually improve your time outside. i almost always do. enjoy the 40 degrees run!
@bandedwendy I am off my "normal" schedule this week, but I will get back on track! I am just so glad to be on this journey with so many great people around me on You Tube! I can not imagine this without this group. Thanks for all you do!
