The "I AM" part needs further explanation. First off, material impermanence is the permanent truth i.e. not a single person we know would be alive on this planet in a hundred (+/-) years from now. So "I" is not the material body that is shed as clothes on a cosmic time scale. "I" is that God Force aka spirit-soul. Nothing egotistical about it unless "I" is identified with the body.
Could you have typed that thought without a body? The body is not THE "I", but an integral part of "I". You may be more than your body, but you could not have become more without it.
