Love this stuff...brings me back to when Boston was actually a relevant part of the music scene...ah well, hopefully one day this stuff will be back because bands there are still doing it xD
What ever happened to that comedian introducing the band? Its a shame that some people get a TV show and then NOTHING happens to them after its canceled. I'm sure he is still out there playing dumpy comedy clubs and cruise ships.
Back when I liked Jon Stewart. I liked him up until he took Craig Kilborn's place on the Daily Show. I liked the Daily Show when Craig hosted it. Anyway, one of the best songs in the 90's for sure. Those were good times in an era filled with great music music.
Anyone who goes around calling people "douchebags," because someone else shares their personal opinion about a TV show and the guys who hosted it, IS in fact a douchebag. I'm sorry. Don't take it personal. It's just scientific fact. Also, that person would be considered an extreme fascist as well. Don't take that personal either. It's just a scientific fact though.
Sorry my opinion about the Daily show hurts your feelings. Didn't mean to make you cry like a wuss. Take care!
Kay Hanley is a great rock singer. And rather than wear some absurdly small outfit she performs in the same sort of clothing any male singer might wear.
If you like her singing go get a copy of "Go". It features her voice better and shows the band's versatility.
She sings the main theme song for My Friends Tigger and Pooh on the Disney Channel and has been the backup singer for Mylie Cyrus' Hanna Montana concert tour.
every teenager has hard times, no matter what year they are a teen in.
..but atleast in the 90's..idk..you guys didn't have all these distractions like, IM's and the texting thing, and all that shit that will eventualy lead to the demise of REAL social lives..talking is taken for granted haha.
and alot of things that are SO much better back then.
having everything be NEW and not a new VERSION or immitation..
i can go on forever but I only have 09 characters left so i have to shut up :P
There was such a thing as IMs in the 90s. I see your point though. Some of these technological advances seem like they could hurt us more than help us in the long run.
At least the decade past the 90s has brought us some nice changes. I mean, look at what kind of person is running my country of the US now. Okay it's not technological, but it's something.
I know there was, I just meant they didn't actualy keep people inside there homes 24/7.
true about obama, but im not really talking technology or politics, im just talking about the whole world really, when I hear stories from people who were in highschool or college back then they all never seem to have any REALLY bad stories, they have them but they arent as bad as the things that happen to people my age now.
and there was no recession, it was just more fun, now everything is serious.
the comfort of the knowledge of the rise above the stars above could never parallel the challenge of and acquisition in the here and now here and now uh

Hell no! No Doubt is a much better band and Gwen Stefani blows this chick away. She needs to continue to sing opening songs for Winnie The Pooh.

im not saying that back then people had no worries or whatever, but really im only talking about MY age, not like adults.
the only things that havent changed since then are, drugs, sex and alcohol.
which are so common that they arent really problems anymore? idk.
i dont know if im making any sense, but i'm trying to haha, im not very good at explaining what i feel or think or want to say i guess :P
