Video is not a lie, Microsoft will support this product since it is a Microsoft Product. There have been some instances of not working but its not wide scale. It should work with every 360 but it also varies on internet connection your using and how you are connected. If you have any trouble just call up MS at 1-800-4MY-Xbox and they will help you out.

what are you trying to say? All you need is a Wireless Internet Connection from a Wireless Modem or Router, then plug in an ethernet cable from 360 to the Wireless-G Adapter, and thats really it.
