  • It looks like its a midi controller. But he didn't show the controller interacting with software like traktor or ableton. He could have written the code to manually turn those leds on. Also the Arduino has problems sending serial midi notes over the usb cable and he wasn't using an external serial to usb converter. Just saying. . .

  • @KaptainKodie Yeah I think that's really dumb when someone doesn't show what the controller can actually do. There is a way to send midi signals through the serial port tho. You just have to know how midi signals are composed and need to have some sort of software that parses the string sent through the serial to a midi signal. It's pretty simple and there's practically no latency between the button press and the reaction on the software side.
