that form is pretty rough man.. gotta watch it with the arching back..
(my old 405 vid is NO example of form), but check mine, i just hit a pr too

You should be deadlifting with an arched back. Your back has a natural arch to it, and at the top you want your shoulders to move back into it for final lockout. Watch any good powerlifter deadlift.
