elaborating on this comment notice how there are a lot of windows at the front of the house? I think that would save a lot of energy because they are at the front of the house and the front of energy efficient houses usually points to the sun.

It doesn't take too long to build a house in sketch up if u know how to use it:) Easiest software on this planet...

Use scenes, and then export as video. There are several tutorials here on youtube on how to do it.
