@lihkan i think, there is a wall of glass infront of the stage and you can see a projector in the background. So the picture of her, are projectet at this wall. You can't see it very well in this vid, but in this vid: watch?v=rvQ-SZgdVrs&feature=re­lated at 0:28 you can see the wall :)

Actually the technology of that hologram is not so difficult and secret as it seems: it is just expensive and nobody guessed a better way to use it before Miku's concerts! I'm sure of it, because I saw a screen like that in italy in a science festival, and they told that a screen.. idk... like a big samsung tv costs 3000 euro!

It's NOT a hologram. As other have pointed out there's a mirror but you can't see it because the video quality on this is crap. Look at /watch?v=DTXO7KGHtjI and you'll be able to see the mirror once they zoom out. Make sure to use 1080p unless you have a crappy monitor. Man.. I thought it was a real hologram and now my hopes for a hologram TV are busted :(
