In 1992 Stanely Meyer built a prototype that ran on 100% water injected directly into the engine through the spark-plugs. The spark-plugs were replaced with water-splitters. Burning water produces zero carbon dioxide emissions. The fuel (water) is readily available & several times more potent than petrol (hydro-carbon), so a single tank full of water would get you several times further than a tank of petrol. If you can run a car on water you can run your home on it too using a generator.

this is actualy a fairly old video produced with a grant from Hughes. The images are all taken from public sources such as the UN, Smithsonian, various Gov agencies such as NASA etc. the Narrative while somewhat dated was for the most part ahead of its time and edited down from the annual Millennium Projects State of the Future. This video is just one of 15 2-3 minutes segments from the longer 30 minute video addressing all the 15 Global Challenges identified by the Millennium Project.
