MAKIN' TEA EGGS! YEAHYA! ... so good OMG

I was in China recently and was in a nice Sofitel hotel. Their hotel had tea eggs. what I discovered was that they cooked it and removed the shell, let it sit over night and the flavor permeated into the egg. It was SOOOOO good.

I think I cooked mine too hard, couldn't turn down the gas low enough (maybe the injectors need adjustment).

We'll see when they are done.
