I know it wasnt historically accurate (at all acording to skeptics...), but it's the message what counts, it's what it tries to tell what makes a good movie.
I personally loved it, it's even one of my favs, because it reminds me that back then, love was as great as it is now (that sounded a little gay, lol).
And for those that didn't like it, your arguments are justified, but at least show respect and don't harras the movie.

The special effects were excellent. Had the film been more accurate, I'm sure it could have been great.
