dont do 90-99 sharks it will take u alot of time. trust me sharks are good for money. the xp sucks. try flying fish or lobsters or cavefish. rocktails (high defence reccomended because of the monsters there. they can attack you while fishing.. combat of the mobs there 120+)

I fish lobster at Catherby until 99. On your first day fish at Karamja to save money nd get to 45 easy enough.

Then swing over to catherby 9 and chill with the great fishing clan. And now I've got 99 fishing on kire667, catherby 9, ngor36, ngor46.

Also nice seeing you also earned a santa hat from the riches of fishing. That was the best 79m I've earned in my life WAY BETTER than any other investment I made prior.

I suppose its an opinion but I disagree, fishing is by no means the hardest 99 in Runescape..."Fishing is a hard skill in Runescape, probably one of the hardest to get"... Does it take the most paitence..next to firemaking ya. although you make heaps of money if you are willing to go through it,shars are by no means the best way. And you fail..you didnt even mention shilo fly fishing. Which is probabaly the fastest way in the game.

i got 83 fishing, and got 45k fishing baits left. i'm fishing at otto's grotto, which means leaping fish. i get 90 fishing there with 45k baits.. or 89 fish if i get only trout. so i get atleast 90 fish. how long does it take to get 90-99 fish with sharks/lobs? and how much do you earn by 90-99 fish with lobs/sharks :O?

Lobs are about 25k xp and hour, and that's only if you have a high enough fishing lvl, Shilo Village fishing is 40k an hour, and people with low fishing levels can do it. Fishing sharks to 99 is great profit, but incredibly slow, Shilo is the best way to go.

hey everyone...are monkfish better for money than sharks???kus i take like..at least 15 min to get a laod of sharks when i was lvl 87...so i started fishin monkfish and now am lvl 90....i fish a load of monks in about 5 mins-10min.....i get about 200-300 monks per hour so thats about 100k-150k per hour...its not bad...specially since i get more than double the xp than fishing sharks...kus theyr 120 exp each...and i get 2 monks faster than i can get one shark
