yeah, I have held a MUCH bigger spider than that and it bit me and it felt like some-one was just touching my hand!

It's a Bumper spider. They hide in car bumpers.

This is an orb weaver. And to those people that think its poisoness it isn't! It has venom but only like a mild be sting. Ive held them over time and time again and they have never bitten me

it a writing spider it poisonous but cant kill any just make you sick. banana spider are yellow with black

It's called an orb spider, and you don't have to kill them if you see them anymore. They (Like almost every spider) won't bite unless you mess with them. They aren't dangerous and they prey on all the other creepy-crawlies around your house... :)

I believe that's an orb weaver. Mildly poisonous, but it won't kill you or cause any real problems.
