If you look at 1:30, the woman who is playing the boy's mother is holding a copy of the Daily Express in her hand. I have access to the online Express archive at the moment, and I have found out that the newspaper was published on Thursday 2nd May 1991, which I assume was the date that the scene was recorded on. The headline on the front was "UNION'S NHS LIES EXPOSED". The first showing on ITV was on New Year's Day 1992, 8 months later. A bit of trivia there for you - I'll stop being boring now.
