I don't think it really says or means anything when played normally... I think they just recorded "It's Still Alive" and played it backwards at the end of the movie to make it sound like something other than what it really was.. IMO this is definitely the best monster movie I have ever seen. This movie has you wanting to know so many things even after you watch it. I can't wait for the sequel personally.
