    I HAVE TO SAY THE MY MAGIC FOODS ARE LIVER+SPINACH+WHOLEMEAL RICE AND STEW/or/ CEREALS+NUTS/or/ EGGS+SPINACH+WHOLEMEAL PITA BREAD.

    THE CONSTANTS IN ALL MY FOODS ARE:

    egg or spinach or liver.

    the satiety levels in these foods are tear jerkingly fabulous.

    I WENT ON HOLIDAY TO MY SISTER'S IN US AND SHE GAVE ME YOUR BOOK TO READ. SHE PROMISED THAT I WOULD NEVER BE HUNGRY IF I AGREED TO TAKE ON 'THE GABRIEL LIFESTYLE', SO I TOOK IT ON.

    AFTER GOING THROUGH YOUR BOOK, I TOOK IT VERY SERIOUSLY AND MADE NOTES. I MADE SOME LIFE CHANGES, BUT I DID NOT WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT TOO DRASTICALLY SO THAT MY SKIN WOULD NOT COLLAPSE, HENCE I STARTED SLOWLY. IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS I HAVE [[CONSISTENTLY]] LOST WEIGHT [14KG]
