  • fucking gorgeous

  • excellent job.....i want one like this...harley appeal with japanese reliability :D

  • Nice bike! I have a ´92 and want to convert it to a single carb, which carb do you got there?

    thanks!

  • @kkkkkkkkkmil I haven't seen a successful carb swap locally, but I've seen several on asian and south asian owners' bikes. The carb on this bike is the stock single carb. Keep me updated, if you remember, I want to see how it turns out. Thanks for checking out the bike.

  • Nice aggressive look

  • @Cobrajet71 Awesome, thanks!

  • Damn man, when i saw it on VLXFORUM i didn't realize it was so low, it has such a mean stance!!!

I get to come home to my baby in July :) can't wait.

  • Best looking vlx I have seen. How big of a pain is it to switch to a rear disc set up like that? You know of any web sites with a how to. Also was it a lot of work to get that sportster rim to work up front. Looks good man nice work.

  • Don't take 'em off. Too good looking. Just make a bunch of lefts. You'll eventually get there. lol

  • Wow sweet. What year is it? did you hardtail it? what all hav you done?

  • First, thanks. It's an '03, seat height is 19.5", hardtailed rear. Front is lowered 3". The rear tire is an 18", 200mm IIRC, on a 5.5" wide Ultima tubeless rim. The front is a rusty old sportster 40 spoke 21" rim with an Avon Speedmaster clone from Cheng Shin. Clipons for bars, repositioned electrics and the tank has been moved back about an inch. Along with a lot of small tweaks here and there. Thanks for checking it out.
