if you actually put salt over your zucchini pasta, mix it well and then leave them for about 10 minutes, they get really soft and kind of 'al dente'. You should try that. Really good!

I love making raw pasta! especially with raw pesto. Your version looks great, simple and easy --- I love that you used a veggie peeler. I have a spiral slicer but the peeler seems a lot faster and cheaper for those who don't have a spiral slicer. Anyhow, this video brings me a lot of joy - especially the ending : )
OMG, thanks. It was so obvious all along, I don't need to buy the fancy raw foodist spiralizer. A regular peeler is great! I just mad the best raw spaghetti ever. It was so good that I was laughing my head off after the meal (and during ;) ). I just can't stop laughing right now.
yummy- I also like to eat gazpacho a lot,it is similar except not blended up, but the same ingredients finely chopped with tomato and vegi juice.plus whatever you want to add... awesome, or with cilantro and diced avocados!!

I love pasta! if you put some salt on zuchinis and ´squeezed ist out after 15 minutes, The textur changes to spaghettilike ;-)...
