Haiti needs to help its self. I feel sorry for some, but Haiti is simply retarded by now. No one there has ever had any degree of discipline, idea to farm, invest money, create industry, etc? What type of incompetence is this. I may understand Africa because the soil sucks, but the Caribbean? No, no one else in the Caribbean dies of hunger. Just look at Dominican Rep on the other side, yes poor, but its a livable nation with an economy and industry. It needs to get it together or the help fades.
