Right. Kennedy inherited Eisenhower's foreign policy. That is the point of this video: to show that U.S. Presidents - regardless of Party - inherit each other foreign policies and that Kennedy was no different than Eisenhower of Johnson. If anything, he was worse.

But only if all countries destroy their nuclear weapons, which the United States refuses to do. The United States has absolutly no right to dictate which countries can and cannot have nuclear weapons.
