Don't get me wrong the Japanese voice cast is way better than the English ones but when it comes to laughs it's great for all the other characters except Mion/Shion's. They don't sound scary at all but plain annoying in Japanese version. Am I the only one who prefer Mion/Shion's laughs in dubbed version especially the phone call @2:20? That one freaked the hell out of me when I first watched the anime.

Megan Hollingshead(Shion and Mion) was great in the dub, but pretty much everyone else made her performance suffer.

I prefer subs because it helps me focus. But their laughs definitely sound better in the original.

For some reason, Rena's dubbed laugh ALWAYS cracks me up! In the sub, I could take her more seriously, which probably meant that I would shiver more...you know....from fright...

I'm not a huge fan of Rena's English laugh...but I think Mion and Shion's are pretty good.

i will ALWAYS like english-dubs better, even if it doesn't fit the characters BECAUSE I'M AMERICAN AND PROUD OF IT! the only time i don't watch english-dubs is when the anime i'm watching has NO DUB WHAT-SO-EVER!
