  • YOWZA! I just found this tutorial... and I am so impressed. I recently learned the kick-start, but have never tried keeping the hoop below knees. Your breakdown is excellent, and I hope to have a bit of success at this skill --- you really do make it look so easy....

  • @thiskindofgirl Congrats on getting the hoop bug! I've been hooping about 2 years, and I try and practice 20-30 minutes a day.
