i hate Niotis's instruction commentary on the Realflight sim. it's pointless. he's doing a pirouetting snake. and basically just says it's complicated, break down the moves..practice a lot....wow Pete, thanks for your incredibly insightful professional tips.
he's a great pilot...but i've found this with some other pro heli guys, it's like going into detail to give you a clue on anything is too much to ask.
that's bs. actually if you know the complex maneuvers, explaining them isn't very hard.
I can do piro flips now, and I can explain it in detail just fine. I'm not wonderfully masterful at them but how it's done can be easily explained. If it was just 'know the basics, and magically work your way up', then there's zero point in the commentary.

there's no other way to teach it
just know the basics and work your way up to complex manuevers
