It could be a balloon. I haven't ruled that out but I tried everything to get a balloon to rotate this way and no matter what I tried I couldn't do it.

"...I have not seen anything like this on the internet..." There are thousands of videos on the internet nearly identical to this object and in flying characteristics. "What is it?" The answer is still unknown therefore UFO. "After 6.5 years no one can find an answer." Sightings of this entity UFO has been much longer than 6.5 years: in fact, these sightings has occurred as long as when history started recording them. The 1940's and 1950's era are interesting. Excellent UFO/video capture.
