  • I have a crush on a girl who was 20 sixty years ago. Sigh

  • So beautiful everything

  • A wonderful performer for so many decades.. and even now in her eighties she's breathtaking!

  • Not only is she an amazing singer, but damn, what a fine looking woman she was in her prime.

  • Glad to hear that you enjoyed Barbara Cook. When she was about 65 she recorded a song called Errol Flynn. The name of the CD Is Barbara Cook Live From London, and I'm sure you will love it.

  • Barbara Cook is one of the best singers that was ever on Broadway

  • @MSnormanify

  • I think his name is Keith Andes. He's mentioned in the cast on IMDB and I looked up his pic on Google. Looks like the same guy.

  • Who's the guy? He has a bit of Nelson Eddy to his speaking and singing voice. Wish I could see a good production of BLOOMER GIRL.

  • Love it. As Ben Bagley was a family friend, I was raised on the sound of Barbara Cook's voice. B.C., Harold Arlen, love them both.

  • barbara cook has such a great voice!

  • @dylz has!!!!

  • Another diamond in Barbara's musical tiara, which was just posted from a "Classic Arts" video. Barbara once told her audience at the Hotel Carlyle that my wife and I were lucky enough to attend that she felt she could have done better in this musical. Still with a score and myrics by Harold Arlen and Yip Harberg, it's hard to understand her feelings. It's also fun to learn where bloomers entered America's fashion world. Thanks for posting this on YT!
