from my experience, the problem didn't come from her only , but also from the musicians , her voice range is not the same now , they should have tried another tone range during reharsal. It's not that she cannot sing the song perfectly , but she's not comfortable in this tone anymore, her voice is way deeper now. But that's my opinion :)

I'll applaud her efforts more vigorously, when her concerts are free. Professional fees require professional performances. This isn't a freebie concert at the rehab center - she got paid. this really isn't as bad as what I have heard and seen (mainly in the news)... judging by the response from the crowd, they seem to be enjoying every moment of it.. there is also a clip of her on youtube singing I Look to You and, although it wasn't quite close to her album quality, it nonetheless still showed there was still a voice inside that battered body.. hopefully as the healing process continues to strengthen, so will her voice!! I was way down the back and I can tell you we were not quiet...the picture on this video is really close to the stage but the one I shot has people really willing her on...she also sang other songs that were really well sung...we had a blast and I did not see the thousands of people walk out that the media reported.

Considering what Whitney has gone through, I think she did pretty good! She has major vocal damage which is understandable. this really isn't as bad as what I have heard and seen (mainly in the news)... judging by the response from the crowd, they seem to be enjoying every moment of it.. there is also a clip of her on youtube singing I Look to You and, although it wasn't quite close to her album quality, it nonetheless still showed there was still a voice inside that battered body.. hopefully as the healing process continues to strengthen, so will her voice!! @quents I think she is under the delusion of that she is still a diva. So it must be hard for her to hear herself. By the way I must say I have no problem with her,I used to listen to her music when I was a child. And she can do whatever she likes but everyone should be reasonable! It is such a shame to buy a ticket to hear this cracked voice. That is not fair on any of us (even for her,when you consider her as a has-been diva.) So sad!

This is so SAD I feel sorry for her, she could sing so nice and very well. It is clearly that the drugs have suffered her voice.

Hi...She sang other songs really well...I have to say that it was very very humid that night but I dont believe that was why she had some trouble...we had a wonderful night and dont believe the media..hundreds of people did not leave..I have other videos in which you can hear everyone around us willing her on..it was well worth the money.

I was way down the back and I can tell you we were not quiet...the picture on this video is really close to the stage but the one I shot has people really willing her on...she also sang other songs that were really well sung...we had a blast and I did not see the thousands of people walk out that the media reported.

But also on the other hand...before Whitney's tour....on tv show appearances, concerts before her actual tour started...concerts she did in russia and a few other places and it was obvious....80's and 90's Whitney is gone. it was obvious her voice was not the same as it used to be. Considering what Whitney has gone through, I think she did pretty good! She has major vocal damage which is understandable. If anyone bought tickets thinking she is going to be like she was 20 years ago is crazy. She had a serious drug problem and has probably been through hell. Same goes for Britney they will never be back to how they were when they started out so everyone has to just be realistic and get over it.
