hey i was just wondering, how do alumni steppers in your fraternity (I'm assuming by their looks that these guys aren't in college anymore) find time to practice and work at the same time? or are these guys professional step teams?

ive tried to form a joint active and alumni step team but the alumni are always too busy to join, plus the logistical nightmares make it impossible (theyd have to commute from the city), so I'm wondering how you guys do it.

this step is the shit! question: is this one of the more famous or well-known alpha step? cuz i think ive seen two step shows where alphas did something almost exactly like this (where the middle guys do the split and the pop locking), although not nearly as good as in this video

Im not sure if its one of our signature steps, but that particular step was originated in the West, California to be more precise..But its not uncommon for other alphas to use steps from other teams, we all do it here and there
